Less Than Three Weeks Until Formula Race Promotions Finale at Pitt Race

With the 2022 Formula Race Promotions season set to take the checked flag in less than three weeks, series officials have been hard at work building the 2023 edition of one of the most affordable motorsports programs in North America. Looking to announce the new year schedule in the coming weeks, the focus has now shifted to the final event weekend (October 14-16) of the season as champions will soon be crowned.

“It’s that time of year where you are excited to see who comes out on top in the season-long battles, but also sad to see the year come to a close,” explained Bob Wright. “It has been a good year and while we look to make 2023 even better, our complete focus is on the final event in less than three weeks time at the Pittsburgh International Race Complex.”

Returning to the racy Pittsburgh International Race Complex for the final event of 2022, FRP will aim to put the feather in the cap of a fantastic season of racing.

Wright continued, “Our on-track product and green flag lap count is second to none and that is what is drawing new teams to the series and other teams to expand. We are hoping that we may see some of those team and driver combinations for 2023 on our mid-October weekend.”
